Unlimited safety training for your team, for one price per worker
All-Access gives each worker you assign a seat to every Gama Safety online course for a year. No buying course by course, no chasing receipts: one yearly price per worker ($99, or $79 from 25 workers), and you see everyone's progress and certificates in one dashboard.
Online safety training for employees
Employees train on a phone, tablet or computer, in their own time, in English and other languages. Each completed course gives a certificate and wallet card, and your dashboard shows who is current and whose tickets are about to expire.
A safety training subscription for Canadian employers
If each worker needs several courses in a year, a flat price per worker is easier to budget than a stack of single-course invoices. Add people mid-year and pay only for the rest of the year. Prices are in Canadian dollars; GST is added.

B.C. employers: ask about the Employer Training Grant
The B.C. Employer Training Grant can reimburse eligible employers for up to 80% of eligible training costs. You apply to WorkBC before the training starts, WorkBC decides what is eligible, and funding is not guaranteed. We cannot confirm that a subscription is an eligible cost, so ask WorkBC when you apply. We provide quotes and invoices to support your application.
How billing works
Renews automatically
Yearly plans renew each year on your subscription date until you cancel. We email you 45 days and 7 days before every yearly renewal, with the price, the date and how to cancel.
Cancel any time
Cancel from Account > Subscription in two clicks. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and every certificate you earned stays yours. Full refund within 14 days of purchase or renewal if no course has been started; monthly Pro can be cancelled at any time.
Add people mid-year
Need more seats? Add them from your dashboard and pay only the pro-rated amount for the rest of the year. Stripe handles the payment and sends receipts.

Frequently asked questions
What exactly does All-Access include?
Every Gama Safety online course for each worker you assign a seat to, for the whole subscription year, including courses we add later. Workers sign in, open the All-Access library and start any course. Each completed course gives a certificate and wallet card as usual.
What is not included?
In-person classes, on-site training, blended courses (online theory plus a practical session), JHSC and first aid. They are always paid per course. Hands-on equipment evaluations are done by your employer or at one of those classes.
How does the volume price work?
From 5 to 24 workers every seat is $99 a year. At 25 workers or more, every seat (not just the extra ones) is $79 a year. For 100+ workers, contact us for a quote.
Can I move a seat to a different worker?
Yes. You can remove a worker from a seat and assign it to someone else from your dashboard, for example when someone leaves. The courses that person opened through the seat close (progress is kept if you give the seat back), courses they bought separately are not affected, and every certificate they earned stays theirs.
What happens to courses and certificates if I cancel or do not renew?
You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. After that, the online courses opened through the subscription close for every seat holder, including courses in progress; if you renew later they reopen and progress is kept. Courses bought separately are not affected, and every certificate already earned stays valid and downloadable.
What does Safety Hub Pro add?
The training matrix by site and role, a one-click audit pack, QR site sign-in, unlimited toolbox talks, subcontractor ticket checks, practical evaluations, and multiple sites and managers. Safety Hub Free (1 site, up to 5 workers, certificate tracking and reminders) stays free.
Do prices include tax?
No. 5% GST is added at checkout. Prices are in Canadian dollars.
Will it renew without asking me?
Yes, until you cancel. Yearly plans: we email you 45 days and 7 days before the renewal date. You can cancel before the date and you will not be charged again.
What is the refund policy?
You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase or renewal if no course has been started under the subscription. After that, or once any course has been started, there is no refund and your access continues to the end of the period you paid for. Safety Hub Pro billed monthly can be cancelled at any time. Access continues until the end of the month you have paid for, and there are no partial-month refunds. The 14-day full-refund rule applies to your first purchase.
