Within 30 days of purchase, and no lessons accessed, no quiz started and no certificate issued.
Partial refund (50%)
Within 30 days of purchase, less than 25% of the course accessed and no quiz started.
No refund
After 30 days, after 25% or more of the content, after a quiz has started, or after a certificate is issued.
These rules apply to online courses.
On-campus and in-person classes
- Cancelling: send us written notice at least 5 days before the course start date for a full refund, minus any non-refundable administrative fees.
- Late cancellations and no-shows: cancellations after that, or not attending, are non-refundable.
- If we cancel or reschedule: we may cancel or reschedule a class due to unforeseen circumstances. You will receive either a full refund or the option to transfer to another date.
- Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from training without a refund.
How to request a refund
- Email info@gamasafety.ca with your name, the email on your account, the course and your order date.
- We check the request against the rules above and reply with the outcome.
- Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. All refunds are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
